I had a very positive experience interviewing with Gravity Global. The recruitment process was well structured, transparent, and clearly communicated from start to finish.
The first stage was a conversation with HR, focused on my current professional situation, motivation, and an overview of my skillset, along with general screening questions.
The second stage with the hiring managers was more in-depth and centered around my previous experience and key achievements. We discussed how I have demonstrated relevant competencies such as problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills. I was asked to share specific examples of situations I’ve handled, my approach to challenges and decision-making, and my understanding of the company and the role.
Even though I was not selected for the position, I truly appreciated how well organized and structured the process was. The team kept me informed at every stage, which made the experience professional, respectful, and overall very positive.
