Just went through the initial screen. I thought it was very professional. Although I didn't make it to the second step, I appreciated that they took the time to reach back out to me, give feedback on my interview, and wished me luck in the future. They represent themselves well. If I see another position there that fits my experience, I would absolutely apply again.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe myself and my experience. It's what you'd expect on a screening interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gravity Global (Mexico, ME) in Feb 2026
Interview
I had a very positive experience interviewing with Gravity Global. The recruitment process was well structured, transparent, and clearly communicated from start to finish.
The first stage was a conversation with HR, focused on my current professional situation, motivation, and an overview of my skillset, along with general screening questions.
The second stage with the hiring managers was more in-depth and centered around my previous experience and key achievements. We discussed how I have demonstrated relevant competencies such as problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills. I was asked to share specific examples of situations I’ve handled, my approach to challenges and decision-making, and my understanding of the company and the role.
Even though I was not selected for the position, I truly appreciated how well organized and structured the process was. The team kept me informed at every stage, which made the experience professional, respectful, and overall very positive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked to share real examples from my previous experience, including:
“Tell us about a mistake you made in your previous experience and how you handled it.” “Tell us about a situation when you had to push back.” etc
Easy. Straightforward. Typical interview questions. A couple rounds. A writing test. Met with the potential team. Nice people. What else can I possibly say? This is a stupid thing to do.
