Interview
I got an email 2 days after my application to complete an online pre recorded interview, It was about scenarios with customers and “what would you do if” style questions on how you’d handle situations. I found it quite difficult it had lengthy and hard questions, but I ended up passing, 2 days later I got a spontaneous call back with a phone interview about availability and experience. The next day I got another call to schedule a face to face interview for the next week, which was strength based and product knowledge questions at the Harrods offices. I got a call next day with an offer and accepted!

Interview
Applied then got a call first then had an interview. It was an Easy interview, i had a nice interviewer, the building was nice and clean. Was offered a position two weeks later.

one online interview which includes recorded questions and written answers and video answers that you cannot prepare for, one unexpected phone call interview with a recruiter and one in person interview with two managers
