The whole process was very convenient, I just had to download an app and I was on my way! I had 2 virtual and 1 phone interview. The very last interview was live with a recruiter through the app. I read it would be an awkward interview but I didn't have any trouble.

It is a digital interview- you will get some text questions, some video questions, and questions about availability and basic technology knowledge. If you have worked in customer service before, you'll be fine. Try to think of an irate customer and how you handled the situation, as well as a work related mistake that you are willing to own up to- as you will be asked about these things. Timed questions/ limited prep time will have a capital T at the end.

What is a modem? What would be a program to use to store data about sales and preform mathematical equations? What is a desktop (in an on screen, sense)? How do you efficiently end a task that is not responding? When will you be available to work? What would you do if your computer crashed? Any prior commitments in the next six months?

The interview process was a bit unique since it was all done on your computer via Hirevue. The tutorial and instructions were extremely helpful but since this was my first time at a interview that was self recorded it was kind of awkward not speaking face to face to anyone. I interviewed back in April and am still waiting to here from the company.

UPDATE!!!! I applied on March 28, 2016. I received an email about the HireVue interview the next day. I completed the HireVue interview on April 3, 2016. I didn't hear back about the position until April 21 when I received an email asking me to do a final live interview with a recruiter over HireVue. The live interview was in April 25 with a very nice lady who described the position, salary, benefits, hours, and asked about my work experience. She than offered me the position during the interview. I start training in two weeks.
