Interview
It was casual and the lady interviewing was really pleasant to speak with. It seems like she enjoys her job at the Hilton. I turned down the offer after getting a job somewhere else more fitting.

How would you go about handling an unhappy customer?
They offered 2 round of interviews. First you will be contact for phone call interview. Then you will be contacted for an in person interview in a week with the front office manager and the director of rooms
The interview for the front desk hotel job was great. Although I wasn't offered the role, the interviewer was welcoming, and their questions allowed me to showcase my skills and knowledge for hospitality.
Quick interview process. Got hired January 2021, interview was easy most likely asking situation and you have to answer. They asked about 10 of questions. Easy and quick took me 2days.
