It is somewhat complicated when the process takes a while but it is worth it to be part of their work team. I like that they are looking for a good candidate to be part of a great team.

Interview
Filled out an online application and was contacted a few days later. The HR person met me the next day, and we just discussed my experience and she asked a few questions to figure out if I fit into their culture.
