Interview
The process was fairly simple. First I got a call from HR, she asked me a few quick questions then the next day I interviewed with the Director of Operations for front desk, then I had an interview with her boss the next day. I also got a background check after my first interview.

What was a problem you faced at your last job, and how did you handle it?
The interview process was well-organized, professional, and transparent. The interviewer communicated clearly, asked relevant questions related to the role, and created a comfortable environment. Overall, the process felt respectful, efficient, and aligned with Hilton’s high service standards.
One interview with the General Manager was thorough, understanding and been a great company to work for very flexible. Discussed work history, personality, how I handle situations. Full time hours.

The interview process just asked about relevant skills and how to apply tohenm to tjhe job. The interview was fast and very easy, especially in this job market, etc. etc.
