Interview
The hiring process is four steps long. After the application is primarily selected, the first step is an HR interview. The second step is Phone Interview with a Supervisor. If passed in the first two steps, Honeywell Intelligrated will fly you to their location for the Third step, On-site Interview. Two groups of Supervisors will take your on-site interview. One group will ask technical questions while the other group will ask general questions. Finally, the fourth step is the verbal offer.
You need to wait at least 2-3 weeks between each step. Hiring supervisors are amiable and friendly. You need to show them that you are willing to learn during the interview. They may ask a question that is out of your knowledge criteria. But they don't expect you to answer correctly, instead, they expect you to put effort to solve the problem.
The HR department slumped with a massive amount of applications. So be specific with the title when you email them.
