The first stage was a 90 minute OA, but I used a recent prior score for a different company, so I was able to skip the OA stage. Then there was a 20 minute recruiter chat. After passing the recruiter interview, there is a 2 hour technical interview (1 hour leetcode style, 1 hour systems design).

First was behavioural interview with the recruiter to talk about experience what I knew about hubspot a week or two later I got to do my technical interview which was in 2 parts: data structures and algorithms, system design. Both parts had behavioural questions that revolved around HEART principles
