Although I did not receive an offer from the process, I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with HubSpot. I originally interviewed for the ISC role in Sales and went through the process with RC Kelsey and recruiter Devon, who were both absolutely incredible answering all of my questions and giving me feedback along the way. I had 2 initial phone interviews and came into the office for the final round of interviews - Devon called me about a week later to tell me that I did not get the position but that the team thought I was a great fit for HubSpot. She referred me to Callie to talk about other opportunities and from there I was encourage and excited to apply to the Recruiting Coordinator role. From here I had another phone interview for this position with Amy, which went fantastic and I was invited into the office for a final round of interviews. About a week later I was extremely disappointed to receive a call that they had gone with someone with a bit more experience. At that point, I was told yet again that I was a great culture fit and was actually encouraged to apply to other open entry-level positions. While I was happy to hear this, I was discouraged because this was the second time I was told they loved speaking with me and thought I was a great fit- but I didn't actually get the position. I am disappointed that it did not work out, as I was so passionate about the opportunity to work at HubSpot and contribute to such an amazing company, but my feelings towards the company still remain positive and supportive. I will continue to work hard with everything I do and hope to have another opportunity in the future to work at HubSpot.
