      Interview

      The process was very thorough and they work with you closely to help you succeed. The interview process consisted of four stages: 1) 30-minute screening call with a recruiter. Be prepared to explain HubSpot, inbound, HEART and your job history. They leave you time to ask questions at the end. 2) 30-minute call with a Sales Manager. They will dig deeper into your sales process and results. Make sure you research the manager and have a few good questions ready. 3) 30-minute discovery call role play with a Sales Manager. Make sure you dig as deeply as you can to qualify the prospect and follow HubSpot’s structure. They’ll also give you feedback at the end. 4) Five 30-minute one-on-one interviews, each focusing on a different area. They’re aware of candidates preparing based on the interview questions listed here and have adapted accordingly. Most interviewers would build upon the answer I gave rather than proceed to another question. They also flip common interview questions to get you to think on your feet. Again, research all of them and try and be creative with your questioning. I was informed after the final round that they thought I'd be a great fit for another role based on my experience, pending open headcount. The feedback I got at all stages was very comprehensive, particularly from the role play, and they clearly have an excellent sales team.

      Interview

      I don't think I've ever felt so genuinely valued during an interview process. I felt like each person I spoke to from the recruiter to the final interviewer were determined to leave me with some sort of value regardless of the outcome at each stage. Whether it was immediate feedback or advice, I found the whole process to be a great experience
