I would like to congratulate Hubspot team for their amazing recruiting process. The online code exercise is exciting and challenging at the the same time. It evaluates hands-on ability, experience and concepts all at the same time. There was a really nice panel of on-site interviewers in Dublin who made me feel comfortable to do my best. The recruiting team made me feel wanted all along. I would highly recommend taking part in this process as it is enjoyable and we can learn a lot from it. Would also encourage preparation as it will help on the day and pay off in the end.
