I had 3 rounds of interviews for this position. The first one is just a quick screening call with a recruiter. If they decide to move forward, you'll get instructions for a Technical interview, related to the software CRM. If you also get positive feedback on this one, you will move on to the last round where you will meet 3 or 4 managers for 30 minutes each.
