First, a recruiter call which screens your culture and experience fit for HubSpot. Then, a three-hour online assessment that works with data manipulation and API calls. It's extreme unique in the way it is operated, something that I would love to see other companies adapt with, going beyond the typical Hackerrank or Leetcode question. Then, another call with the recruiter setting up the onsite experience. My experience may have been different from others, however, my onsite consisted of two rounds, one coding, one system design, with behavioral questions mixed in. Ultimately, constant communication with my recruiter was important in progressing my interview. My recruiter, Alaina, was extremely helpful and the culture fit seemed to be the best for me despite having higher offers elsewhere.
