Interview
I had a chat with the Recruiter and the Head of Department.
I didn't get the offer and the recruiter informed me with a call so it was a good feedback more then just an automatic email.

The recruiter asked me:
-Tell me about yourself and CV?
-Why Hubspot and why this role?
-Are you in another interview process?
-Do you have familiarity with tools like Articulate Rise, Captivate etc.?
The head of department asked me:
-Tell me about your current job and how it relates to the job you are applying for
-Tell me a time you failed
-How do you organize your work?
and other questions I don't remember.

Interview
Had my first interview with the Hiring Manager who explained that if I had a successful interview with her, then I would take a test and then interview with team members. Very big on work culture.

Q. Describe your experience in working with international cultures and how do you incorporate that into your work?
Did a phone screen, interview with a hiring manager and was then asked to do an instructional design project. I did not get the position but they did keep in contact with me throughout the process and gave me very specific and thoughtful feedback.
