Code assessment was like an advent of code challenge. Not very clear , 3 hour limit, slow response if there are questions, if you get one at all. Friendly recruiter. Not a fast recruitment process.

Interview
Mine was atypical because I was invited to apply by a member of the Exec Team. Interviews were polite conversations, no trick questions, no coding tests. First visit was a 'talk' with a C-level, Director, and VP. Second visit was an interview, 2 people at a time, 30 min sessions. Most questions were of the engineering philosophy type rather than skills.
