Three phases. Phone screening with HR, 1 on 1 with BDR manager, final screen with two other BDR managers in separate territories. They all provided really helpful feedback, tips on how to improve for the next phase, and even a document with hints as to how to prepare your question/answers
process was alright, interviewee was impatient and didn't try to see how my current bdr metrics were weighted differently than thier expectations, interviewee was a bid rude and judgy, felt like i couldve had better feedback on the cold call session.

Honestly, one of the most clear interview I had. They provide you with all the instructions and information and it is pretty straight forward. They give you exactly the questions they will ask and are detailed.

They asked what you want to work in sales and what specifically drew you to apply to Hubspot?
the interview process was difficult as I got thrown heaps of objections and questions back to back but it is very normal in this industry. I should have prepared better and be ready to just fire out answers
