The interview process was difficult, but very fun. It started with an online assessment in which they give you three hours to complete. If successful, you are invited to the recruiter screening/behavioural round which lasts 30 minutes - 15 mins of the recruiter asking you questions and 15 mins of you asking questions. If successful, you move to a two hour technical round. Mine was one hour systems design and one hour live coding. The interviewers ask you behavioural, as well as technical questions. I must stress, throughout this process I have never had such transparency with a company, such care throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience. I have been offered the position and graciously accepted, 10/10.
