As with any massive reputable company, Hubspot's interview process was thorough. I went through several rounds of interviews as well as an assessment task. The recruiter was incredibly communicative and throughout the whole process, letting me know what to expect in each interview, and how to prepare. I felt like the recruiter was genuinely rooting for me, helping me through each step of the process. While I ultimately didn't get the job, the interview experience definitely made me want to work for Hubspot. The feedback I got after each interview was genuinely valuable and I felt like the process was very objective.
