Humana Associate Director interview questions

I interviewed around 3 weeks after applying with the person that this role would report to. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, and took around 23 to complete. After that I sent a follow up email, and received a quick response but nothing else. I then sent 2 more follow up emails to affirm interest but was ghosted. I recently connected with someone who also interviewed for similar roles with Humana and had the same experience.

very casual process. I had three very short video calls. It was a very quick process also. I did work with an outside rescruiter that had a strong relationship with the hiring VP.
