I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online and HR reached out after a week for a montage voice phone interview. It was easy to navigate. There will be time to think about the answer before recording. Questions are behavioral questions and standard screening questions like work eligibility and salary expectation. Then I was invited for an on-site interview with the hiring manager and the team. Interview questions are mainly about the resume and why the candidate is a fit. Be prepared to answer questions related to the job description as well. No job offer after several weeks' waiting. I guess that's the end of it. I am very positive about the whole interview experience because 1. HR follows up in a timely manner and 2. interviewers are very nice.

Question 1
Questions about background/experience and the job requirements.
Many interviews, little structure. People did not seem to be interested in being there. Maybe it was just the group or the level of the role. Big company so could be factor.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied online, recieved a call from the recruiter the next day, then had an interview a few days later. The recruiter provided some good information but made their company seem like they would support the candidate throughout the whole process and provide feedback but that was not the case. The interviewer was a bit rude and diminished my experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humana (Louisville, KY)
Interview
Online application, then written test during interview. Not too hard, not too difficult. All stuff you would have learned in college during finance or computer courses. No phone interview was conducted.
