      This is a work from home position, so everything was done via email and over the phone. This is how everything went. I just got my offer today!! So excited!!! 12/4/16: Applied for the position 12/6/16: Got email to do Montage interview. It is an automated system that asks you questions just as if you're doing a phone interview with a live person. 12/9/16: Got email scheduling phone interview with a group of managers. 12/13/16: Had phone interview with 2 managers. 12/19/16: Got job offer. 1/23/17: Job will start I am so excited to be joining a company that I can actually have a career with. I want to retire from Humana. I'm so grateful for this opportunity.

      Very easy and smooth interview. Applied on 01/04/2022 First Interview 1/10/2022 - This was more informative. They talked about the position, salary, and requirements. The only question asked was how I manage communication with customers. Second Interview 1/18/2022 - The recruitir was very nice and again very informative with the expectations, salary and benefits. ***MY SECOND INTERVIEW WAS TODAY, SO I WILL UPDATE LATER IF I GET A JOB OFFER***

      Interview

      I received a phone call two weeks after applying for the job. A phone interview was set up for later in the afternoon which lasted 30 minutes. Questions regarded previous work experience and the interviewer asked for specific instances where I met certain goals or performed my duties in each job. The face-to-face interview was very straight forward. I was asked for situational questions about my previous work experience. Example: Describe a time you did not meet expectations in your job and how you corrected your inability to meet expectations in the future.
