I was first called by the HR person who pre-screened me. I then completed skype interview with two hiring managers. I was told I would either way but I did not.

Interviewed with HR, hiring manager and peer- standard questions. Did utilize Montage web interview unfortunately in my home the web interface did not suit my lighting and I was difficult to see.

Interview
The interview process was easy, phone interview with recruiter then a Montage interview followed by a face to face with 2 leadership members. There were no difficult questions asked. Offer came quickly after interview. Onboarding and training in Louisville was positive experience overall. The job itself is not hard but I would not recommend working here in Charlotte NC, office environment is very negative.
