Applied online. A month later, I heard from a hiring manager who expressed interest. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard from the hiring manager so I contacted her and she said she'd like to interview me in person. I arranged my own transportation to interview with her out of state. 4 weeks after the interview my status was still"under consideration" on line and the hiring manager would not respond. Finally the recruiter after four weeks, sent me a form letter clearly meant for people who just applied online and had not interviewed stating I did not get the position. I'll admit. If I had gotten the position I wouldn't be here but they treated me rather disrespectfully throughout. The hiring manager was disorganized and naive. Many of her questions were irrelevant. And I don't mean "innovative Google type bank shot questions that unexpectedly throw one off guard", I mean ,unprofessional.
