It's amazing how after their first-round interview process was already bad, they made it even worse/close to impossible by switching to a phone-only system. It is impossible to pace yourself, the questions are read to you by an automated system so certain words/technologies aren't pronounced correctly, and there's no way to test and make sure you can be heard properly. After 15 minutes of struggling through the automated system, an error occurred and the system hung up on me. If Humana wants to recruit talent, they need to make it easier to screen candidates.
