Once you've completed the online application, it's followed by an email in a few days to complete the Virtual Job Experience assessment. The next email is to complete some Pre Screen questions via text. Then you'll receive an email to schedule a virtual interview with a supervisor.

Long and tedious, interview process is like four or five stages. First, texts. Emails, then you have to record yourself answering some predetermined questions, a language test and then a video conference interview.

Two separate interview both virtual, two manger take turn asking questions. Process took about 2-3 week. Overall ok process, not the quickest. After second interview you will received offer letter onboarding

The interview was fairly easy. They asked about work background, Why Humana and Behavioral Questions like how do you handle multiple tasks and do you know how to trouble shoot your computer
