EXTREMELY POOR INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE. The first start of the interview experience consist of a AI tool sending you very vague questions. After that you NEVER speak to a recruiter or a representative of the company and then are passed on to interview with the hiring manager. I was not prepped on what do the interview will consist of, the recruiter who passed me on is very unresponsive takes days to respond. When I finally made it to the interview with the hiring manager, the professionalism and people skills were not there. He did not have a set of questions aligned to the role and just asked on the fly based on what I told him so he was unprepared. He did not take notes at all, had his arms folded over his chest, kept looking up in the air to figure out the next questions. Then he tried to ask me for client confidential information such as what vendor I used for a tool. Like no you are not getting free consultation services for me while you are getting paid to interview me. I did not get a good impression at all, and doubt I will hear back from a recruiter but wanted to share what you can expect interviewing here.
