Within 2 weeks I’ve submitting my application i answered a list of online questions through a link. About a month later i got a virtual interview with a few members of the hiring team. I thought the interview went well and received another interview a month later. I was rejected about 2 weeks after that and was told to apply to a different position that i may be better suited for. That position was only available internally so i applied for similar positions and only received virtual questions before getting rejection emails. The team seems nice. But overall this company is very difficult to get hired at as I’ve been applying for years and only got this interview through a referral. Which may be a sign that people love working at Humana. So if you do want to work there i recommend getting a referral and prepare to apply and interview repeatedly for a few months to a year or so.
