On campus hiring. Very straightforward. First day was a 30 minute behavioral interview. I got an email the same day inviting me to a second round of on-campus interviews for the very next day. Had one 45 minute behavioral interview and a 45 minute qualitative business case interview.

It was a seamless process. Very communicative and the people were great. 5 rounds: recruiter call, case study, peer, skills, critical thinking. Asked typical interview questions, use STAR method to answer. Case study was 45 min and interviewer led, pretty straighforward.
