Interview
I was referred by my friend in Infosys. After a long waiting period of 1 month, i got a call from HR for initial screening. My profile got shortlisted and the HR scheduled the interview.
I attended the interview on the scheduled date. First technical round which was more a technomanagerial round. I got selected in the tech round and i was further taken by an official for HR round.
HR was more of a salary discussion round with fixed range based on experience with no negotiation. I accepted the offer.

why you want to leave your current organisation so early (2 years experience)?
It was Moderate and not hard. Where asked to write logics for few scenarios. Situation based questions where moderate in difficulty. Interview Process was of 3 rounds. Pre screening , Techincal and Hr round
The interview process was mediocre with questions on mainframe skillset and cobol programming with the client space of financial services. Also they judged the knowledge of DB2 database and pipline creation for jobs
It's good and interviewer was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable to get the best answers out of me and also questions were to test your practical knowledge rather than just theoritical knowledge
