The interview process was very organized. I first received a phone call from my recruiter, just simply asking about what I was looking for in a company and the type of environment I could see myself in. I was brought in for an interview, where I interviewed mainly with the manager. They briefly looked over my resume, asking a few general questions. Most of the first interview was asking about myself- what I liked to do, if I could see myself staying in Raleigh, what motivated me, why I would choose a company like this, etc. I was able to ask plenty of questions as well. He then showed me around the office, and I got to meet everyone. It was a very friendly and energetic environment, which I really liked. I felt very at home and comfortable being there. I was then called back for a lunch interview, where I met again with the manager as well as one of the account managers. This was more personal, as they wanted to see how well I could carry a conversation in a more casual environment. After lunch, I was brought back to the office and met with several more account managers to see how I interacted with different people and to answer any other questions I had. Overall, it was a great interview process, and I heard back each time very quickly.
