I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I went on 2 interviews where I was met on site to make a nice, smooth transition. Both Interviews were about an hour long and conversation based, I felt very comfortable during the process and was quick to receive feedback afterwards. I felt at ease with the whole process and knew I could count on any preparation beforehand.

Question 1
What was one of your biggest challenges you had to face at your previous job?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Charleston, SC) in Apr 2025
Interview
The recruiter contacted me on Linkedin. I responded within 10 minutes. The recruiter tells me that the job is in South Carolina and asks if I am willing to relocate for the job. I stated that I am willing to relocate. I never heard from him again. I followed up the next day with a message on Linkedin and got no response. I am so tired of recruiters ghosting candidates when all it takes is a simple message stating you have found better candidates. Beware - this could happen to you too.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2017
Interview
I completed a phone screen with the recruiter and Account Manager. Next I met in person with the Account Manager. The last step was an in person interview with the client. The Account Manager was present, which I actually appreciated because it gave her more insight into the role and my potential fit.
