Interview Process was easy but awful because i sat in a room and waited for 30 min to interview and i was asked random irrelevant questions. It was very sketchy and I felt like it was a huge waste of time.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
