I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2024
Interview
I can say , this company is ghosted, recruiter call you and ask for resume then you have a interview with recruiter manager to ask same question again and again , then they disappear and they don't respond your follow-up emails.
it's happened to me 3 times,
Don't waste your time
I recently completed the first round of interviews, which focused primarily on Core Java and Spring Boot concepts, including Java 8 features, Collections, Streams, Spring annotations, bean scopes, and microservices fundamentals. I successfully cleared the round and have been invited for the final on-site interview in Hyderabad.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They focused heavily on Core Java and Spring Boot fundamentals. One of the questions asked was about Java 8 Stream API concepts, including lazy loading, intermediate vs terminal operations, and practical coding questions like sorting employees using streams and reversing a string using Stream API. They also covered Spring Boot concepts such as bean scopes, stereotype annotations, and microservices design patterns.

Interview
The recruitment process was disorganized and lacked professionalism.
The tone during interactions felt dismissive and condescending, with little regard for the candidate’s experience or time. The approach came across as arrogant rather than respectful.
After the interviews, there was no proper follow-up or closure, only silence.
A professional hiring process requires structure, respect, and accountability. That standard was not met here.
I would not recommend engaging with this company’s hiring process.
The interview was simple. A couple of meetings with your recruiter, then a simple technical test building an application or solving a puzzle, then whatever the company selected wants you to do.
