The hiring process involved a screening round with a manager and then with the panel.
The screening round was to understand the candidate in all the aspects and didn't focus on a specific area. The interviewer was professional and asked apt questions for a manager's role.
The recruiter sent an email after 10 days saying they couldn't offer me an employment opportunity.
I acknowledged the email and asked for feedback to understand the assessment. I never heard from the recruiter. I'm surprised by this behavior. I feel it's the basic responsibility of any organization to provide feedback about a candidate's performance in the interview. There is absolutely no meaning in boasting about values when it's not practiced in reality.
