It was through college recruiting. I was interviewed on the phone by a recent grad and then met with two individuals who asked me questions about my design process, my communication skills and my technical skills.

Describe a situation where you had to lead a group that had difficulties. How did you handle it?
They were very on top of things. There were several rounds, including one that was nearly five hours. I wish that could have been broken up, but I suppose it's more efficient.
