I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Gave presentation. Talked a lot. Discussed ai. Mostly statistical methods. Talked about people. There were people. And questions. Why does glass door insist on data? How corrupt are the results? How is this data cleaned? I bet it's not
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you hired people? Have you fired them? Are you a manager with over a decade of experience?
They missed three interviews and kept rescheduling the calls. It was very frustrating to waste time trying to sync for an interview. It was a terrible interview process because of this.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Screening interviews with follow up 1 hour panel presentation and individual interviews with panelists and then final interviews with executives. Panel presentation consisted of 3 parts: introduction of self, sharing of examples of past work and then responding to a craft case prompt. To be successful candidates really need to put time and research into the craft case.

Give an example of a time you drove a durable cultural change?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
Took too long to schedule the interviews. The hiring manager was looking for a specific answer without being open-minded and considering the other aspects of the situation that was discussed.
