I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit in Feb 2021
Interview
First had to do a 2 hour coding challenge which was just a easy/medium leetcode type question. After success in that, the next step was to have a one hour interview with a Karat engineer where you review the code that you wrote in the coding challenge followed by 3 (if you have time) extra live coding questions. Then, assuming you did well, you will be interviewed by an Intuit recruiter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask how your values align with Inuit's values with a handful of typical interview questions such as "Tell me about a time you faced a roadblock in a team" and "Tell me about a time you failed and overcame the failure."
OA tests DSA and general web dev concepts. 1 hour of OOP in Karat consisting of debugging and additional methods. Quick behavioral interview after that to check alignment with Intuit values
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit in Feb 2023
Interview
3 rounds: first one with recruiter, second one with hiring manager, and last one with a PM and a SWE from the team that I will be working on. Everyone was so nice and helpful and made sure that I was updated with all steps of the process.

Karat Interview: Overall it was a decently easy interview. Was asked two questions, one about determining the amount of people to access a given subdomain and another regarding contiguous subarrays.
