I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit in Jul 2014
Interview
Be careful to be factual in this process. My experience is that you really need to understand their business and relate your own experiences to how that will be useful to them and be specific. Facts, numbers and no acronyms. Its very easy to speak in your current company's terms but that turns them off. This company is very relationship driven as well so use your connections as even 1 person can have an impact on your success in this process.

Question 1
What are you most proud of (related to work experience)
They missed three interviews and kept rescheduling the calls. It was very frustrating to waste time trying to sync for an interview. It was a terrible interview process because of this.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Screening interviews with follow up 1 hour panel presentation and individual interviews with panelists and then final interviews with executives. Panel presentation consisted of 3 parts: introduction of self, sharing of examples of past work and then responding to a craft case prompt. To be successful candidates really need to put time and research into the craft case.
