Interview
No transparency through the process and respect of the time of the candidate.
A very lengthy process requiring the candidate to spend several hours and work on a real business challenge for the company. The panel was surprisingly quite "green" in terms of overall knowledge and asking very basic marketing questions through the presentation.
Post-interview feedback was outlining just positive aspects and not explaining why they felt it was not a fit. They offered to be considered for a different position due to the positive impression but asking to go through the whole process again from scratch. It almost seems that they are leveraging candidates to source new ideas ...
