I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
In the process of interviewing with Intuit...The emphasis they place is on leadership capability and integrity. The recruiter clearly wanted examples of initiative and innovation. They seem to also be committed to looking for people who work best in teams. The analytical and technical skills are an added bonus, it seems. In aggregate, it seems like a highly motivated, results-oriented culture.
Lengthy process, I made it to the second round. Everyone was friendly and engaging. The first round was over the phone & the second was zoom. Ultimately I decided not to take the role, as they would have preferred me to relocate to California.
