Interview
I applied for the role on seek, and received a call back wanting to discuss my application further, and wanting to arrange a video conference interview.
The interview was scheduled for the following week, and I received an SMS on the day of the interview wishing me good luck from the HR point of contact I'd spoken to initially.
The first initial interview was more daunting in my mind than in actuality. In real time, the interview was quite relaxed and informal, with focus on wanting more detail about my experience and understanding of my previous roles, and any similarities between the role I'd applied for. I was given the opportunity to ask questions as well, and it really felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. It was indicated to me that they would be looking to make a decision quite quickly, and that I should have a response from them by the end of the week.
After the interview, I was contacted later that afternoon by their HR, asking how I felt about the interview, if I had any questions/concerns etc.
I was then contacted within the specified timeframe, and advised that I had progressed to the next interview, and a secondary interview was set up for the following week.
During the second interview, it was shorter than the initial interview, with a lot of similar questions, if not more in-depth questioning on previous experience and skills/knowledge.
Again, expectations were managed by the interviewers to let me know that they expected to make a final decision by the end of the week.
It was later that afternoon, after the interview, when their HR rep called me, he again asked how I'd went during the interview. He then informed me that the interviewers were delighted to offer me the role.
Emails were sent with details on the next steps and processes, as well as a copy of the employment contract to be signed. A background check was also undertaken.
There was no checking of my references, however.
Overall, it was a fairly straight forward process, and with only a 2 week turn around from application to outcome.

Interview
I applied through seek. I discussed the role with HR and was invited for an interview. After the 1st interview, the next day I was invited for the second round of interviews. A few days later, I was offered the role. After each interview. I was contacted by HR for a follow up regarding each interview.

Interview
It was smooth and enjoyable.
I say smooth as Justin , the HR representative, has helped me equipped before the interview. I also like the debriefing catchups every after interview as to get a grasp how everything went. When I got the role , Justin was very approachable and easy to communicate with . He gave us all the necessary information, links and answered all followup questions.
The 1st round of interview was really all about my past experiences and how those experiences be applicable on the role. they did touch on my exposure on platforms such as Acurity. they explained the role further which helped me grasp on what to expect.
The 2nd round was a bit more relaxed. Few scenarios on the first round was brought up but they particularly asked my short term and long term goals if ever I get the role in IRESS. This was really enjoyable as I get to be myself and share a bit of personality which I believe helped me in getting the role too haha!
