Interview
I sent an easy application. After 6 weeks they called me for an interview. It was 20 minutes group exercise, 45 minutes technical interview and 20 minutes exam. The group exercise regarded the choice to build a house to overseas location.
There are two persons in the interview rooms and asks me about my background, passion for geotechnical engineering field and ask me a few fundamental questions about soil mechanics and ground investigation.
