I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kantar (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
Contacted by an external recruiter who casually explained the company and role. He stated the base salary for the position and scheduled my two video interviews. The people I interviewed with at Kantar were professional, engaging, and informative.
The external recruiter submitted me to Kantar at 15k below the base salary communicated. When I pointed this out I was told the cap for the position is actually another amount, 5k lower than originally communicated. I shared my salary requirements with the recruiter and haven't heard anything tangible back. No mark against Kantar but this vendor left a bad taste in my mouth.
