I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kforce (Tampa, FL) in Sept 2018
Interview
I went into KForce applying for a job they were recruiting for. Instead of proceeding with that interview, they asked if I would be interested in interviewing with KForce as a recruiter instead. I agreed, and went through 3 interviews over the course of 1.5 months. After going through this rigorous process, they did not even bother calling me to inform me if I had gotten the job. It was frustrating to deal with this, as it was not even the job I had originally applied for and felt like a big waste of time. Additionally, as a recruiting company that specializes in this industry, you would think THEIR own staff would have the decency and professionalism to inform a candidate of their decision after a lengthy and time consuming interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
