I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Khoros (Austin, TX) in Jul 2019
Interview
My interview process at Khoros started with an initial screening with a recruiter and a personality and aptitude test. When those were complete, I moved on to phone interviews with the hiring manager. I believe I did 2 of these.
From here, I was tasked with putting together a presentation on project management and presented it to a small group at Khoros. This went very well.
I enjoyed talking to everyone I met with and was excited to receive the office. Upon receiving the offer, I was stunned to find the salary was less than half of the range I had specified up front and was told what had seemed in every aspect to be a mid-level position based on the listing and my conversations with the recruiter and hiring manager was in fact entry-level.
This was an odd thing to spring on me at the tail end of the interview process, and when I said that the salary--which was low even for an entry-level project management position in the Austin market--was a deal-breaker, and it would need to come significantly closer in line with the expectations I'd set before beginning the interview process. The hiring manager did not respond well, and I declined the offer feeling undervalued, taken advantage of, and as if I'd dodged a bullet.

Everyone was incredibly kind, and made me feel at ease. I really appreciate the Khoros values that were outlined and I got the sense they really value their team members.
The CCAT was very stressful, I studied for a few days.

Question 1
Why Khoros?
Why are you wanting to transition from your current job?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Khoros in Dec 2020
Interview
Making hard-working, reasonably intelligent candidates go through a proctored aptitude test, where skills that are unnecessary to the job in question, are put to the test, is ludicrous, and unfeeling. Shame on this company for not giving candidates the benefit of at least one interview after having them go through such a useless test.

which useless aptitude test question should I add here?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Khoros (Austin, TX) in Jul 2020
Interview
Casual introduction followed by a CSAT test. Interviews with product and engineering. Questions were not too difficult and the interviewers were extremely friendly. Final follow up with a GM right before an offer. Overall, pretty quick process.
