First, HR contacted me to set up a phone interview which lasted about 20 mins, previously I was emailed a list of questions to answer. I was told within 3 to 7 days I'd either get a rejection email or get another interview. It has been 4 days.

Screening call then scheduled interview. Interview included basic STAR interview questions gauging project and client management capacity , followed by a role play scenario to gauge communication. Interviewee will not receive the role play scenario prior to interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Mechelen)
Interview
After submitting my CV, I had a short introductory phone call with HR. This was followed by a second online interview with two line managers, which lasted about an hour. The interview was competency-based, using the STAR method, and concluded with a challenging role play. The overall application process was very smooth, and communication with HR was consistently excellent and fast.
