Interviewing was all over the phone & Skype. Very casual conversations. After interviewing, they informed me they hired someone else but were still interested in me. It took them 2 months to get back to me and they offered me a job. They didn’t allow any negotiations on pay, (&i knew people made more than what they offered), and only gave me 4 days to decide.
