sent the application off and heard back the next day about a phone interview, had the phone interview with a recruiter few days later and an hour after i got a call back saying i have a video interview with the team leader. The recruiter told me the questions that would come up during the video interview (i.e. competency) however failed to mention there would be a practical assessment which completely threw me off. During the video interview the man seemed extremely bored and had his video turned off which made the whole process very awkward. There was no mention of a practical test anywhere online and I think the recruiter should have at least mentioned it!
