I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (Bengaluru) in Oct 2020
Interview
Although there were technical questions, most of them were behavioral. I was surprised, yet happy that good and ethical companies still exist. They tried to understand the real me, rather than judging me with just some words on a paper. It's important that employers understand they'll provide training and that opportunities are supposed to be given based on proper interviewing processes. I am yet to hear from them, but I really appreciate the way they conducted the interviews.

Interview
Got a mail from recruiter for the best 2 days for the interview. Didn't hear back from her for the next 3 days. Got a mail confirming the interview time. The interview was pretty straight forward. Typical questions like why do you want to work for covance and and what do you think about animal testing.
Lasted only 15-20 mins. Since the interview they still haven't made any decision and are still considering my application..!!
